Anita is a Retail Land and Leasing Specialist with a focus on acquisitions and dispositions. Her passion for development started at a young age, soaking in the nuances of retail development and operations.

Brooks is a project leasing, tenant representation, land and investment specialist bringing a thorough understanding of the Houston market.

Burdette serves as Executive Vice President of The Blue Ox Group. He leverages his 20 years of brokerage and development experience.

Before bringing her talents to The Blue Ox Group, Claire worked at Landry’s Inc., serving as a Creative Coordinator for Retail. Prior to Landry’s, she gained experience working for brands such as Cartier.

Jack is a leasing and land specialist. He brings 14 years of commercial real estate experience to The Blue Ox Group. Jack is known for his strong work ethic and “get the job done” mentality.

Joe serves as an investment sales specialist at The Blue Ox Group, where his dedication and persistence have led to a track record of success for his clients.

Josh is the Owner and Managing Principal of The Blue Ox Group, starting the firm in June of 2020. He was previously with Edge Realty Partners where he co-founded the Houston office in 2011.

Kellie serves as Vice President of Operations at The Blue Ox Group and was a founding employee, starting as a Transaction Coordinator in 2020 alongside broker Josh Jacobs.

Lauryn serves as Creative Director, overseeing the brand and is responsible for the development and design of all digital and printed marketing materials.

Lindsey serves as a Retail and Land Specialist. Lindsey brings her talents to The Blue Ox Group via a background of project leasing, tenant representation, and land acquisitions/dispositions.

Rami joined The Blue Ox Group in 2024 as a Retail specialist, bringing a robust background in landlord representation and investment sales.

A licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas, Tripp specializes in land transactions and investment sales. He loves the challenge of sourcing off-market deals for clients.
