The Legend of Joe
Joe serves as an investment sales specialist at The Blue Ox Group, where his dedication and persistence have led to a track record of success for his clients. His boundless passion for commercial real estate is the driving force behind these results. Prior to joining The Blue Ox Group, Joe worked solo, operating his own real estate brokerage company, where he focused on the acquisition and disposition of multi-tenant shopping centers in the Greater Houston Area.
Joe graduated with a bachelor’s degree (B.S.) from the University of Houston and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas. He holds the CCIM designation, which represents proven expertise in financial, market, and investment analysis, in addition to negotiation.
He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Houston/Gulf Coast CCIM Chapter, and has been a recipient of the CoStar Power Broker Award multiple times.
Joe enjoys traveling, exercising, and paying it forward in the community. He is an avid Houston sports fan. You can probably catch him at a ballgame or falling asleep watching SportsCenter highlights on a nightly basis.
