The Legend of Burdette

Burdette serves as Executive Vice President of The Blue Ox Group. He leverages his 19 years of brokerage and development experience to help clients create value, solve problems, and maximize potential outcomes.  

Previously, Burdette was a Principal at Edge Realty Partners, a commercial real estate firm. Before that, he was Vice President of Development for Lovett Commercial, a major Texas commercial developer. Prior to Lovett, Burdette was the Vice President of E-Commerce and Marketing for Francesca's Collections (NASDAQ: FRAN). Additionally, he worked for Weingarten Realty (NYSE: WRI), where he served as a Director in several capacities including Acquisitions, Capital Markets, and New Development. Burdette has purchased, sold, developed, and spearheaded joint ventures for over $700 million worth of land, retail properties, and industrial projects.  

In his spare time, you can find Burdette out on the town with his wife, Monica, or enjoying chasing his young twins and hanging out with his 11-year old son. Burdette and his family have recently welcomed a new four-legged member of their family, a black lab named Tex.
